About Us

WELCOME

Allen Estates residents find themselves welcomed home by the beautifully landscaped stone entry and Liberty Park.
We have many cul-de-sac streets throughout and a network of sidewalks that allow children to ride bikes and visit friends in the neighborhood.

The community is conveniently located off Kyles Station Road between Yankee Rd. and Maud Hughes Rd. in the heart of Liberty Township half way between Dayton and Cincinnati.

We are within the Lakota School District, one of Ohio’s top school systems, and have easy access to many shopping centers such as VOA, Bridgewater Falls and the newly opened Cincinnati Premium Outlets, restaurants, the new branch of Children’s hospital, as well as the recently opened West Chester Medical Center.

Additionally, this website will serve as a portal for homeowners in the community to access valuable and timely information.

The HOA was established in November 2006. The Board is made up of Board Members who are elected, by a majority of the members of the Association, to a two year term.

A Little More About Us…

The HOA is responsible for the physical condition of the two entrance walls, the white fence along the walking trail, and the landscaping at the base of the wall as well as the trees in the entrance island. The grass, trees, picnic tables, parking lot and sidewalk are the Liberty Township Park Divisions responsibility.

The HOA collects assessments to cover the upkeep of the landscaping and to establish a reserve fund for projected maintenance, community events, utility expenses and proposed projects.

Previous projects have included landscaping and lighting of the entrance walls, a sprinkler system for the entrance and lighting and electric on the first island. We are currently working on adding lighting to the second section of the island.

The board exists to protect, preserve and enhance the security and property values of Allen Estates.
The board has been elected by the owners to make decisions and act in the way it believes to be in the best interest of the entire neighborhood.
